Returns and Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy:

  • We don’t offer refunds at this time.
  • We do offer exchanges for orders placed on if you want the same design on a different size of the same item.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs, any applicable taxes associated with returning items, lost/mis-mailed packages you are returning to us, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
  • Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused
  • Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
  • There is a limit of one exchange per order. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)
  • We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

How to exchange (3 steps):

  1. Figure out what items/sizes you need.
    • Use the size guide¬†found on every product page.
  2. Place a special order for the replacement items.
    • Follow the instructions here.
  3. Return your items needing exchanged.

That’s it. After we’ve received both your replacement order and the returned items, we will ship out your new order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it’s in the mail.
