Our return/exchange policy:
- We don’t offer refunds at this time.
- We do offer exchanges for orders placed on anxiousfuse.com if you want the same design on a different size of the same item.
- You are responsible for shipping costs, any applicable taxes associated with returning items, lost/mis-mailed packages you are returning to us, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
- Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused
- Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
- There is a limit of one exchange per order. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)
- We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
How to exchange (3 steps):
- Figure out what items/sizes you need.
- Use the size guide found on every product page.
- Place a special order for the replacement items.
- Follow the instructions here.
- Return your items needing exchanged.

That’s it. After we’ve received both your replacement order and the returned items, we will ship out your new order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it’s in the mail.
